It was very nice to see the Giants play almost even with the Pats. I don't think anyone was expecting a win and we outperformed pretty much everyone's expectations. The injuries are a huge concern going into Tampa Bay - hopefully at least some turn out to be minor...
Posted by James Trotta at December 31, 2007 3:36 AMi was happy to see the giants play well. the one big reason they played well was, no drop balls and eli passing wasn't terrible for a change. if they can play like this during the playoffs and with the injuries, i see us being a mighty force and having a chance. cause the last game was anyones game!
Posted by: James at January 1, 2008 4:51 AMwho was that guy playing QB for big blue on saturday night...he's never played so well; let's hope there is no let down this weekend
Posted by: at January 1, 2008 4:55 AMI know this is waaaay late but it still burns me..Scenario: 3rd and 14; Pats ball. Brady's running for his life from the 3rd step on. Stallworth is probably is 3rd or dump-off option at best. Brady goes down. Sack! Bring on the Punt team...uh..uh.."defensive holding, #23". You've gotta' be friggin' kidding me. The only contact was initiated from Stallworth not 2-3, Blue. That lil' bit of "good fortune" cost us three points on that drive(?)..And while we were up 11 points and ultimately decided 48 minutes of stellar football was enough to beat The Pats; What may I ask you was the margin of victory?...3 freakin' points! Is it Zebra Hunting Season yet? Go Blue.
