Giants beat Lions but suffer key injuries

Jon Kitna said, "Yeah, it's more difficult because that is not a better football team than us. We gave them the football game."

Well, Strahan (3 sacks) was certainly better than the guy across from him. He didn't quite understand Kitna and said, "I honestly thought in the first half that was one of the worst teams we played that was 6-3. I don't quite understand why Jon would say that."

I'd say this could be the start of a rivalry, but the Lions have been a joke of a football team as long I can remember so I can't quite take them seriously. The defense did give up yards and the offense wasn't exactly prolific so you can't be thrilled with the Giants in this game but at least the D got some turnovers and at least they won on the road.

However, this victory was costly: Jacobs was went out with a left hamstring injury and linebacker Mathias Kiwanuka broke his left leg and is probably doen for the season.

I hope this trend of getting jobbed by the officials ends soon. I've heard of fighting through adversity but b/t The 'boys getting practically 2 TD's erased and last week vs.the Lions; Roughing the Passer on Tuck. You've got to be flippin' kiddin' me. He's comin' full-bore and then dives and Kitna's arm hasn't even stopped its motion yet. Last I checked no none can stop themselves when they're horinzontal in mid-freakin'-air.That fifteen practically invited a Detroit comeback, but Giants Karma reared its head..thank Goodness. More black-n-blue divisioners comin' up. Minus "Super-Rook" we should be relatively fine. What's the word on B.J.? Does Droughns start with Ward b/u? Explain to me why Reese felt the need to lockup Hedgecock thru 2012. He's a free agent FB for crying out loud. I know it couldn't have been for a lot of jack but a 4/5 year deal? There's a shortage on Qbs not FBs. Do you know where #19, Mix or Nix is? Cause he had great size and decent hands in Training camp and we're gettin' a lil' thin in our receiving corp..please tell me we still have him on our taxi-squad. Go Blue! Happy Turkey Day!

I think Mix was signed off the PS. Then we signed a different receiver to the practice squad.

This is the hottest team of all times. You can't buy them Giants, like the Washington Redskins and Dallas be doing with each other. Every year its always one win one, and one loose one. Every single year. With that ole set team type football. That ain't no football. If they want to be guest stars in the movies,or something, they should've went to Hollywood and got a job doing set stage plays,in the movies. You know what I'm saying? I remember when the Giants whooped the Redskins twice a year for almost 5 years straight. Remember? The Giants don't play around with them...like they were doing in the 80's,remember? and still take no prisoners, even to this very day. Them New York Giants don't take no prisoners;and still whoops them twice a year,to this very day, when they feel like it.Thats what you call a real team, a real motive, a real game. But it never happens with Dallas and the Redskins. I'm Not being derrogatory,or anything. But Wash and Dallas are two fake teams...Playing fake football. But a lot of people, in this area, cast their weiry hearts on them. Not me.

Eli Manning, knows how to rock it, dock it.He's addiction, he puts that ball in the pocket. Like he knew it was going to go there... Taking that ball down the road...
And because of this, we must do what we gotta do to make it through this Playoff. You know what I mean?
This is our highest field. A grade of confidence that achieves success.

We played a good running game Sunday. Our running back ran ball big yards everytime he got it.
We know how to have fun, as long as we play like that, we are going to get somewhere,
These type of rino runs, can break through crowds, carry people on their backs, and everything. He plays with strong momentum and concentration. You tell him don't break the momentum. Keep it the way it is...
And when he does, everybody in the Club get tipsy.

Thats right its hot. We're gonna be up in the Club with no shoes on. Everytime Michael Strahan puts that pressure on them offenses. Smacking that ball out the air, sacks, tackles, and interceptions. Keep up the good work. Cause we are hotter that hot!

I feel for these guys, and you know why? Because they are "like that" and I don't think no one will get in the way, you know what I'm saying?
This is something that's been real in our team for a long time...
All we have to do is, keep up the momentum, speed and motivation...
Of course, they like our style. And we've been doing it for awhile. We know how to make them crawl before they walk...
And while they are searching. We are going to be running long kick-off returns. Strong man to man
coverage; strong running game(like we did against Buffalo.)Our running back did an excellent job. And I love him to for it. He was all of it.
Thats the moment we live for. And we are going to put every moment into it...
Along with blocking everything, avoiding pass receptions, and to stop the running game, and if you see an interception, take everything you can get your hands on. You know what I mean? We're gonna take everything in sight. And when we get there. We're gonna all be having a good time...
I fell in love with you Giants, when I was eight years old. And I've been jumping eversince. And them Giants are gonna be jumping this year.
A perfect time for us to reveal ourselves. And becoming an modern amusement, that fills me up more than you'd ever know...
Keep up the good work. Thats what I'm talking about.

The Gorilla Giants

We're looking fine. It makes us want to scroll to the bottom of the page. Thats how anxious we are in getting there...
And as long as we take advantage of every opportunity we get, we will get there...
Excuse me, that is why we are 10-5, Know what I'm saying?
Just hold onto that ball, when making a fast roll-out! (find your man, and when you do, "get your man!"
Then catch them off guard, for long touchdown and pass receptions, down the field. Know what I'm saying? Do it when they least expect it. They be mad as h--!! when you do that.
And you know why? Cause thats them Gorilla Giants.
Keep up the good work.

If us Giants have to see them Skins in the Playoff, we're gonna punished them Skins,(let me clear my throat for a minute) if they get pass the 1st round, know what I'm saying?
They don't usually get pass the first round anyway. But if they do, they ain't got nothing coming messing with us.
They are in dream World anyway, always have been. They've been playing fantasy football all of their lives...
But to get what we got. You gotta work your way up to it. Know what I'm saying? Otherwise, the rain gets kind of meeky.
