The Giants' center was a Pro Bowl alternate last season. He was good but not great. The only real criticism of Shaun Ohara was that he lacked power. He sometimes got pushed backwards.
That should happen less since he's stronger now. He was diagnosed with sleep apnea. With treatment, he has been able to sleep better and work harder. He says he's in better shape than ever before and he's over 300 pounds for the first time.
