Giants beat Eagles 36-31
In a game that they should have blown wide open in the 1st half, the Giants held on to win in Philly 36-31. Turnovers kept the Eagles in the game despite getting destroyed by the Giants on all but a few plays in the first half.
Still can’t really complain too much about a win on the road against a division rival. May have been sloppy but whatever, the Giants got the job done.

Giants kept their pose after that early turnover. This is what marks this team as a winner, despite sometimes trying too hard(leaping over people is supermans stick?).Fun too watch, and never get the feeling the games out of reach.

It bothers me that the Giants are always trying to pass the ball in from the red zone. They have two 600 pound running backs in Jacobs and Ward. If the line is as great as everybody says it is just break open the hole and let them march in for the TD. I wish Manning would stick to those short quick passes that he does so well and stop that first down bomb BS. I’d like to see Bradshaw and Jacobs pair up and Ward and Hixon, that would give them power and speed out on the field. Plaxico,Boss and Smith have the passing game covered. Don’t get me wrong, Ward Jacobs, Bradshaw and Hixon are awsome when they get those short passesd I mentioned earlier. The Defense is incredible, all I can say to them is, “Don’t let up on those Quaterbacks”. They can’t make those great throws if you don’t give them the time, ask Eli. I think the Giant offence would be awesome if they would keep their focus on getting those first downs.

I just wanted to add that the Giants sould give their secondary a raise, they have been great at knocking down those passes. Especially Ross.
