This is an interesting article on how the draft might play out if teams had known how things would go in the first half of the season. The Giants end up with the same picks in round 1 and 2 but there are some interesting things to note.
DT Brandon Mebane, who was drafted right after the Giants 3rd round pick (DT ALford) moves into the first round (23rd pick). Has Jay Alford done anything this season?

I hate to sound like the “Fashion Police” but can we call it a freakin’ day with those fruity, weak-ass red jerseys. The Marketing genius that thought that one up should be publicly flogged. The Big Blue Wrecking Crew is Dead wearing Red. Bring back the 80′s garb if you wanna, but make sure you’ve got the white facemasks and the white cleats if you do. But only bring ‘em back if we end up up getting some LB’s and a fairly respectable secondary. It just wouldn’t look right w/ our defense being a cive(sp?) in those uni’s. Late, Wms07 P.S. I’m still pissed a/b those two bogus holding calls last week. Why don’t we just play “America’s Team” down there twice a year..if we’re gonna’ get “Homered” in our own crib. Buncha’ B.S.!!!
